Refund policy
Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, incorrect items or missing components, please contact us promptly. Our company offers a one-time free return service within 5 days. You can submit a return request for the above issues via WhatsApp 6360 8094 or email at info@onandoff.studio within 5 days. Once confirmed and accepted, we will provide the return address.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags attached and complete packaging. Additionally, please provide valid proof of purchase or receipt as a basis for the return. Certain items are not eligible for exchange or refund due to their nature, including personal care products, promotional discounted items (before using promotional codes), intimate apparel (such as underwear and swimwear), jewelry and accessories (such as hats, belts, etc.), and gifts. These items are final sale and are not accepted for return, exchange, or refund.
Furthermore, the following situations are not regarded as defects, damages, or incorrect items:

Products sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.
