Before Placing an Order

1. Please refer to the product description when purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire us.

2. Before submitting your order, please carefully check all information, including contact details, shipping address, product size, quantity, color, etc.

 

Shipping Time

Except for items listed under "Pre-order," all products are in stock.

n In-stock items: shipped within 3 days.

n Pre-order items: arrival time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks. Please be patient; once arrived, they will be shipped within 3 days.

Korean products are updated rapidly, and stockouts may occur. If a pre-order item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly and process a refund.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship everything together after the pre-order items arrive. If you wish to receive separate shipments, please contact us and be aware that you will need to bear the additional shipping costs.

n   SF Express (pay upon delivery): Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other regions.

n   Postal service (prepaid shipping): USA, UK, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, and other locations.

*If a package is returned due to overdue unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs. We will resend the item once we receive the shipping fee.
